February – March: $1,750 per hour (Min. 4 hours)

Staff (as required)

Waitstaff: (1 waitstaff per 10 guests)

$400 (up to 4 hours) per waitstaff. $50 per waitstaff per hour for every hour in excess of 4 hours.

Chef : $350 for 4 hours, additional hours at $100per hour per chef.
