Additional APA: Each booking may require an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) this an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter.

Wait and bar staff @ $350 based on 4 hours (additional hours $87.50p/h) 1:10 ratio required (minimum 1 overall for each charter)
Chef @ $100ph
Galley Manager $600 + $1000 bond, based on minimum 4 hours (additional hours $150ph)

- BYO beverages @ $25per person. No BYO charters on Fridays and Saturdays from November – March or public holidays
